Now that summer is over and autumn is here, restaurants are revamping their menus to reflect the changing season. That means heartier dishes with rich and savory flavors!
A couples weeks ago, I had the pleasure of being invited to taste Seasons 52’s new three-course seasonal menu, which is available through November 22nd. I think one of the best parts about dining at Seasons 52 is that all dishes are low in calories, perfect for those who love to dine out but are calorie conscious. They use rustic cooking techniques like wood-fired grill, brick-oven cooking, slow roasting, and caramelizing to enhance natural flavors rather than using butter. This cuts calories without sacrificing flavors.
Enough said, let’s dig in…
We got to try different wines from their $6 Wines By The Glass specials and even though all tasted delicious, the Elqui Carmenere Syrah Malbec was our top pick. Sweet, vibrant, fruity, and smooth.
Thank you everyone for stopping by to check out this food post and a special thanks to Seasons 52 for having us! 🙂
